Position: Host
Starting hourly pay: $12/hr plus tips
Hours: 20-30 hrs per week depending on availability
To be successful in this role:
We do not require any past service industry experience for this position, but encourage a desire to learn and grow in your role. All team members are expected to be knowledgeable of our menu and process and to set a welcoming tone for every guest who walks in the door.
Requirements and Skills:
Must be 16+
Must be approachable, welcoming, and implement customer service skills

No felonies
Daily Tasks:
BOH Hosts (16+) will:
Introduce first-time guests to our process and answer questions
Have a general knowledge of our menu and tap-wall offerings
Assist guests throughout their visit as needed
Make and Deliver small plates as they are ordered
Bus tables and maintain a clean and safe environment
FOH Hosts (18+) will:
Introduce first-time guests to our process and answer questions
Have a general knowledge of our menu and tap-wall offerings
Input orders and take payments
Set up and close out tabs
Deliver bar drinks to tables
Assist guests throughout their visit as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Make and Deliver small plates as they are ordered
