Your partie’s total tab(s) will count towards your rental fee (i.e. if your rental cost is $450, and your party spends a total of $350, you would only owe a rental cost of $100 at the end of the night ). If your reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the reserved date, you will be charged 50% of your total rental fee. (i.e. if your rental cost is $450, you will owe $225 if your reservation is canceled within 7 days of your reservation).

    If the sum of your party’s tabs do not reach or exceed $500, the difference will need to paid before the end of your rental time.

Your partie’s total tab(s) will count towards your rental fee (i.e. if your rental cost is $450, and your party spends a total of $350, you would only owe a rental cost of $100 at the end of the night ). If your reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the reserved date, you will be charged 50% of your total rental fee. (i.e. if your rental cost is $450, you will owe $225 if your reservation is canceled within 7 days of your reservation).

Cleaning Policy:

The following is a list of tasks that should be completed within 1hr of the rental time-frame in order to avoid the $50 cleaning fee:

  • Tables and chairs wiped down clean with the provided supplies

  • Any furniture or items that were moved during your rental are returned to their proper place

  • All outside items (decor, extra furniture, banners, etc...) removed from the premises

A cleaning fee of $50 will be added to the final rental invoice if the rented space is not cleaned to these specifications within 1hr of the agreed-upon rental time-frame.

Amenities:


Regardless of your rental location, you will have access to a restroom. Other amenities such as wifi, tvs, music, and use of power outlets are included in your rental price but should be discussed with the manager on duty. Tables and chairs may also be used but must be returned to their original condition at the end of the rental time frame. Paint, adhesives, permanent markers, or any other staining substances may not be used on or around Rackets Tap House Property unless permission is explicitly given by the manager on duty.

*exceptions to this policy include loss, injury, inclement weather, and building issues (i.e. broken air conditioner/heater, destruction to property, etc..).

Food and Drink:

Outside Food:

Catered or homemade food is welcome and can be stored in a pre-designated area of the kitchen if said food(s) need refrigeration or indoor storage. All outside food should arrive pre-made and pre-prepared. The use of kitchen tools and/or equipment is prohibited unless specifically approved by the manager on duty. If you are supplying your food and your rental does not include the indoor space, please communicate your need for refrigeration/food storage with the manager when securing your reservation. If you need to store your food before your rental begins, please communicate this with the manager when securing your reservation

Outside Drinks:

Outside Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome on the premises during a rental. All outside drinks should arrive pre-made and pre-packaged. If you are supplying your drinks and your rental does not include the indoor space, please communicate your need for refrigeration/drink storage with the manager when securing your reservation. If you need to store your drinks before your rental begins, please communicate this with the manager when securing your reservation. 

Use of Rackets Tap Wall, Bar, and/or Non-alcoholic beverage selection:

Rackets Tap House does not offer an open-bar model for private events or rentals. If your rental requires the use of the Tap Wall, Bar, or non-alcoholic drink selection, you will need to specify this when creating the reservation. All Rackets Tap House-provided foods or beverages must be paid for via tab at the time of service, and will not be discounted for events or rentals. Tab(s) must be closed out at the end of the pre-arranged rental.

Rackets Food:

If your rental requires food service, you will need to communicate your estimated food needs with a manager before your rental begins. All Rackets Tap House-provided foods or beverages must be paid for via tab at the time of service, and will not be discounted for events or rentals. Tab(s) must be closed out at the end of the pre-arranged rental.
